About GATA:
GATA (Goenkan Aptitude Test for Admission) conducted by GD Goenka University is a test which aims to test analytical, logical reasoning, mathematical, scientific, English language and general knowledge capability of the aspirants. Based on the performance and score of the test, the eligible students will be issued offer letter for fee deposit, hostel room accommodation and to complete other formalities.
Admission criteria:
Admission to UG and PG programs depends upon the academic performance of the aspirant in school or Undergraduate degree. Aspirants who wish to pursue MBA should have a minimum cut-off of 70 percentile in CAT, 600 marks in MAT and 500 marks in GMAT. Those students who have these scores, they will be exempted from GATA. For engineering programmes, the aspirant should have a PCM score of minimum 55%, Goenkan Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) and a valid JEE score card.
